anyone think mood-tracking apps can replace traditional journaling for mental wellness?
๐ Asked 2 months agoanyone think mood-tracking apps can replace traditional journaling for mental wellness, or is writing by hand still a more effective way to process emotions?
It really depends on the person! Mood-tracking apps are great for convenience, spotting patterns, and getting insights over time. But traditional journaling can feel more personal and reflective since writing by hand helps process emotions on a deeper level.

We are bound to procrastinate. But, Moodsy makes it easier! It got a lot of features which provides you insights which you won't be able to obtain by writing on a Diary or a piece of paper.
