The rules for using Toolkitly
By accessing or using Toolkitly, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they cover listings, payments, and what's and isn't allowed on the platform.
1 Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Toolkitly (the "Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account, submitting a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Toolkitly.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or submit a listing on Toolkitly. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3 Account registration
To submit or manage a tool listing, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that happens under your account
- Providing accurate registration and listing information
- Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to lock or suspend accounts showing signs of suspicious activity, including repeated failed login attempts, as a security precaution.
4 Listings & payment
Toolkitly operates on a paid listing model — there is no free tier. By submitting a tool, you agree to the following:
- Listing fees are processed securely through Razorpay at the time of submission
- Submitted listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or asked to be revised if they don't meet our guidelines
- Edits to an existing listing also go through a review step before replacing the live version
- You confirm that you have the right to list the tool and that its description, pricing, and screenshots are accurate
Refund eligibility for listing payments is covered separately in our Refund Policy — please review it before submitting a payment.
5 Content & license
When you submit a listing — including descriptions, logos, screenshots, and other assets — you grant Toolkitly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform for as long as the listing remains active. You retain ownership of your content; we're only licensed to display it as part of your listing.
6 Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Submit listings for tools you don't own or aren't authorized to represent
- Post false, misleading, or plagiarized descriptions, pricing, or screenshots
- Manipulate votes, reviews, or rankings through fake accounts or automated tools
- Use the Platform to distribute malware, scrape data at scale, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Submit listings for tools that facilitate illegal activity, harassment, or harm
Violating these terms may result in listing removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.
7 Reviews & voting
Reviews and votes are meant to reflect genuine user opinions. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, off-topic, or posted by the tool's own maker without disclosure. Toolkitly is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted reviews.
8 Third-party tools disclaimer
Toolkitly is a directory — we list and describe third-party AI tools but don't build, operate, or control them. We're not responsible for the functionality, pricing accuracy, availability, or conduct of any tool listed on the Platform. Your use of any listed tool is subject to that tool's own terms and privacy policy.
9 Intellectual property
The Toolkitly name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled afterward.
11 Disclaimer of warranties
Toolkitly is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed tools will meet your expectations.
12 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolkitly and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any tool listed on it, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
13 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Toolkitly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
